All Lake Washington Club members must purchase the Social Membership Certificate that entitles the owner to use the Club grounds, beach, pavilion, docks, and boat launch – $500 one-time purchase plus annual dues of $250.
Members wishing to slip a watercraft may additionally purchase a Slip Certificate – $2000 one-time purchase plus annual fees of $1200 for shore location (pontoon with sea legs) or for dock location with lift (owner provides lift). Club installation and removal of docks and lifts is included in the fees.
- First year Social Membership – $ 500 + $250 = $750 ($250 annually thereafter)
- First year Social plus Slip Membership – $500 + $2000 + $250 + $950 = $3700 ($1200 annually thereafter)
There are limited provisions in the Club Bylaws for repurchase of Slip certificates. Please refer to Certificate Rules.
